Hey John--great to have you back! Tickled to have Texan, Arrowsmit, Tuffcity (did I miss anyone) posting again.

I' ve only been out a couple of times since Oct. 1st--opening evening I saw a big doe, but something buggered her and I didn' t get a shot--that was on Wednesday. Had a suicidal squirrel give me several opportunities Thursday, but seaon on those didn' t open until Saturday! Oh well.......maybe he will do it again. Friday was filled up, Saturday I had to make good on my promise to take my lady out on the town for her birthday--we piddled around Memphis so no hunting that day. Too dang hot and tired yesterday and today. Tomorrow is another day though! I plan on going if possible--maybe I' ll see that big doe or squirrel again.
