Information available read that 18-8 stainless has a tensile strength of 125,000 psi. The tensile strength of hardened grade 5 steel is read at 120,000 psi. Numbers in print indicate that stainless is stronger than grade 5 hardened steel, which you have written isn't true.
Very very little of what you have written is 'proven', let alone true.
