I agree with thunderchicken217 the first two pics are not turkeys but a smaller bird. the other pics look like hen tracks but hard to tell from the pics but they are turkey tracks. Gobbler tracks are biger, wider than hen tracks hen tracks are smaller and more narrow if that helps you.
I would use the creek as a reference point only, the turkeys where most likely there in the afternoon, they could have been a mile away from where they roost and may not be there very regular. I would get on a ridge near the creek at dark am or pm and use a locater call to locate the roost then after you locate the approximate location get in close enough to see where they go after fly down, then make a plan where to set up.
