We need everyone to be at the Idaho State Capitol in Boise April 6th at 11:00 am (pre-meeting) to support the Wolf Disaster Declaration. Meet on the steps of the Capitol. We also need everyone to call the Governors office ( 208-334-2100) and tell him you support the Canadian Wolf Disaster Declaration!!!!!!!!!! And that Idahoan's have had enough of this wolf disaster that has plagued Idaho. This is the most important event you can get involved in, the fight to protect Idaho's Wildlife. However much we may agree with the particular proposed draft you published, it was never introduced in the Idaho Legislature and will not be put to a vote next week. What will be put to a vote in the Idaho House on Monday or Tuesday (April 4th or 5th), and in the Idaho Senate on Wednesday April 6th at 1:30 P.M., is an RS that I have read and which was approved for printing but for which the bill number has not yet been posted. Until it is, I can not legally reproduce it. But I can say it declares an emergency and, if passed by both House and signed by the Governor it can and will restore control at the local level and allow removal of wolves.

A sufficient number of legislative supporters have already been collected in the House but up to several thousand citizen supporters are needed to show up at the Capitol in Boise on Wednesday April 6th by about 1:00 P.M. If you are one of the tens of thousands of ranchers, outfitters, hunters, business owners and their employees and rural dwellers who are being adversely impacted by wolves and you don't show up on Wednesday - with everyone else you can muster - you have only yourself to blame.

Your presence in sufficient numbers will assure passage of this legislation in the Senate and acceptance by the Governor. Regardless of all the complaining and posturing, this is the only chance we have had to show our support for Idaho's sovereignty and for Constitutional control of our destiny. Those who find some excuse for not attending - and bringing everyone else who shares their concerns - may be destroying our sole opportunity to take back control of our destiny from the feds and their bed-partners who profit from an agenda that is slowly destroying the rest of us.

I urge you to forward this email to the people on your lists who share these same concerns. People in other states with similar problems will benefit from the action this will cause the feds to take and should attend if at all possible.

I'll provide the rest of the information to everyone on this list before Wednesday.
