Here's the problem. On the trip before last to the range I was shooting T/C Mag express sabots packaged with 245 gr. XTP's. They shot good groups and I had no problems loading them. The next trip I used the same bullet sabot combo only it was in a different package. The problem is the sabots in the second pack were a little longer. The loading jag when sitting on top of the bullet sat below the top of the sabot. When pushed into the barrrel the sabot would close arround the jag and grab onto it making it impossible to remove from the barrel. Any suggestions as to how to solve this problem would be appreciated.
