I like to carry the bigger hanguns form time to time, just to carry them. I like to use all of them just for the sake of doing it. The large guns don't bother me at all unless I'm in a situation where I have to sit a lot. As long as I'm standing they don't really bother me. They bother my wife more than me. She gets torqued when she puts her arm around me and whacks it on my 1911. She likes the .380 much better.

I know the chances of needing one are slim but growing daily. If I ever do need mine, I'll be glad I have it. But if I'm carrying the .380, I'm sure the first thing I will think about is, I wish I had my 45. I would much rather take someone out with one bad shot than a couple of well paced shots.
