I think you might want to adjust powder charges and then see what happens.

I shot the other bullets just because I had them on hand. But the Speers will be my go-to bullet. If I can ever get those 300 grain Remington Semi Jacketed Hollow Points to shoot well I would not hesitate to hunt with them. I use them in my 45-70 with good results.
