I shoot a removable PSE quiver on my bow. I practice with it both on and off, and I hunt both ways as well. When on the ground, I always leave it on in case I need to pick up and move in a moment' s notice. I don' t want to waste time taking it off a hook and putting it on. However, if I' m hunting out of treestand I like to take it off. It takes a lot of weight off the bow and I find I can hold just that little bit more steady and for a longer period of time if need be. I always keep it close at hand though, just in case.
