Does anyone know anything about this bow?

I've tried finding info about it but I can't find anything at all. I'd really just like to know when it was made, how much it's worth, and if it'd be worth keeping.

It seems to be a decent bow, but then I've never had another bow, so I can't really compare it to anything.

So any information you can give me about it would be appreciated.
