Wolves are a problem in this state, much more than The government agencies involved are willing to admit. I have watched this issue with interest since wolves were introduced to Yellowstone. Things have progressed much as I have expected. Wolves are now regularly sighted 50 or so Miles west of Casper. This is about 300 miles from Yellowstone. Several of the local ranchers have already had livestoct losses from these wolves. In a couple of years there will be a Family pack established in the area. A couple of years past that lone wolfs will be expanding their range and started other Family packs. The wolf population will soon explode exponentially, if management is not implemented to control the numbers.
