The title was put like that as a joke. Normally around this time of year, the " I got a good shot BUT......" posts start flying in (heck, I have made them) so, I had to add a little humor.

I went out this evening, didn' t take my bow. I was going to film my best friend shoot a doe, but, for the first time ever, the area we went didn' t have a single deer in it. I did just about get run over by a squirrel. I don' t know what was wrong with the thing (I was tucked back in the brush on the ground and my friend was in his treestand) but that dang squirrel was comming towards and I didn' t think anything of it, that is untul he was less than 1 foot away!!!!! The things tail was twitching constantly, so, I am thinking that he might have fallen from a tree and messed up his nervous system. He just kept curling his tail like a pig and then un-curling it.
