Default Winchester 71 being made again..
... Just got a new flier from Grice's Gun Shop in Clearfield, PA. today. "New for 2011..Taking deposits now" Winchester Model 71 in .348 Win. Uncheckered Grade 1 Walnut..Marble's Gold bead front sight.. Buckhorn style rear sight. Tang safety.
These must have been slightly "revamped" to include the tang safety, as the originals did not have it. Priced at $1199.95.. Anyone seen one yet? Looks like I'm gonna have to drive up there and have a look-see......
