Default RE: SHOT A DEER!!!! HELP QUICK!!!!!!!!!!

Great Job!!!! Even though I was hoping for a story about one of those bruisers from the game cam pic' s!!! Here' s a good reciepe I just learned the other day....

Get a open fire....and a sheet of tin....like the tin you use to roof a shanty or a small barn. Set up for blocks around the fire and lay the tin over the fire. Let the fire burn for awhile and get the tin plenty hot.

Take your deer meet....hams and tenderloins(back straps). Cut them into pieces...don' t have to be tiny pieces, but good pieces as if you was going to fry them. Maybe a tad bit bigger. Take a large piece of tin-foil and make a large bowl out of it....put your deer meat into the tin foil and add some small ingredients....like pepper, salt, any kind of seasoning, and cover it with bar-b-q sauce. Don' t be stingy on the bbq sauce. Take another piece of tin foil and cover the entire tin foil bowl. make sure it' s on there good so the sauce won' t leak out anywhere. Put the foil wrapped meat onto the tin and let it cook.....

The tin foil will actually swell up like a pillow as it nears getting done. Make sure and flip the foil a couple times so that both sides cook evenly(use gloves...the foil is very hot!!! - and make sure the foil is secure so it don' t leak out when you flip it over). The foil will swell up and it will only take about 15 minutes after it severly swells after being flipped over a couple times. After giving the meat 30 minutes on the tin it should be just about done. Take a couple forks and tear the foil open and enjoy.....I never had this till just this past weekend, and it is great.

You won' t be dissapointed. I swear to you it is like heaven when you bite into that meat..mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!!
