I think that you always get some muzzle jump when shooting and with more velocity, the bullet is gone before the muzzle jumps and hence you get a lower point of impact. At least that is what I was told when it happened to me. Those two pellets are really only the same as about 85 grains of the loose.
Then to test it I used 85 grains of the loose and I got the same POI as I got with the pellets.

My experience also. The more the powder, the less time the bullet spends in the barrel; thus it flies lower. Right or wrong, it makes sense to me.
