Just looked it up, and yep, you're right. There's a tag now for $2.70 with a buck and turkey tag on it. I know the same thing happens in my area. Happens in Ohio too, we have no age for youth. Guys buy their kids tags and the kids never go out. I don't know a good solution to get around the problem, but it is a problem.
