No where near a Cabelas. I'm in a small town of 2200 at 8500ft. My hunting area is 10 min away. I'm right on the Arkansas River for fly fishing. I can make a tank of gas last me a month and hunt and fish everyday. I was careful when I picked this town to retire in. I love this area.

I tried the IMR White Hots. Pretty good powder similar to T7. Not cheap by any means. Pellets only.

I have a source for BH, but like I said. I won't be using much.

I have a new plan. I've been thinking about it. I was going to just hunt Muley's from now on. I think instead i'll hunt elk cows instead. Much better tasting and more meat. I can make a cow last me almost a year. Just me and the dog.

I'll switch from the PT Gold 260gr to the 300gr. It should be perfect for a cow elk.
