hey partner..you forgot my favorite...cat-tails..{ -; but I won't be a hardhead.I'll pick one of yours..

We have different kinds of grasses in Florida...I'd say of your 3 choices ..grass

Baits...I have many but if I could only throw one...it would be a 7 1/2 inch Culpret black worm with a black bullet sinker...

Others stuff that has worked for me...tubes , jigs and lizards..
