PATS, that LACK OF DEER even tho true ,i was only seeing if i could get response.that to my knowledge is not reason, i never did get reason other than lack of new WCO.
but who assigns the WCO to new area and who says they go where? i assume the PGC does.
i think out WCO here has been vacant for at least 3 years or more.
so, question is why is it not filled with last 3 classes.
