WCO’s are assigned to a district after they graduate and required to stay for one year, after that they can bid on open vacant districts and move.
The PGC cannot reassign WCOs to different districts.
A lack of or an abundance has no bearing on if a WCO will be assigned.
The PGC has a class of 21 Officers graduating on Saturday but there are more open districts then Officers to fill them
johnw WCO retired. i went to rep hanna to fill the position.i went rep thompson, woziack.even gov rendell.THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.if deer are not here,i guess the PGC decided they did not need that position.

as for other game. thats as bad as deer too.you can drive for miles and never see grouse or squirreal.road hunters keep grouse almost extinct but squirrreals have been gone a longtime.
i know WCO that would have taken the vacant position in western clinton county.
but i guess its not there anymore.

are you saying only problem is NO ONE IS ASSIGNED to western clinton county and if so, WHY NOT?
