How does it perform? I'd say pretty good. I shot several magazines (10 round) out of it with different brands of ammo. Shot 10 shot groups at 25 yds to get a good idea as to what it liked. Remington Cyclone ammo was the worst but still kept all 10 rounds in the 3" circle. Then came Winchester Dyanpoint with about a 2 1/2" group. But the best ammo was with Remington High Velocity. All 10 clustered into 1 1/2".
The gun did malfunction a few times with this ammo. But it may have been because tha ammo was about 5 years old or because the pistol needs to be broken in.
The only thing that I do not care for is the fact that the hammer will not drop without the mag in.
