no,pawildman, forest ranger is part of DCNR that enforces the rules in woods etc.when i tried to get WCO put back on in western clinton which they work for PGC,they said, GUESS WHAT SPROUL WE ARE GETTING RID OF THE forest ranger TOO.
now ee have NO WCO and down too 2 FOREST RANGERS.
biggest forest in state of pa SPROUL and they cut 2 jobs.
WCO was do to LACK OF DEER and forest ranger was do to LACK OF FORESTERS.
