You have to put stuff out that will make the deer wanna stay there. First off it helps to have low pressure, dont be out spooking them a lot and they will like it. It sounds like you have a good food source but you could plant a food plot to put a new meal out for the deer.

In the past tinks has a lot of liguids to make mock scrapes and I have gotten deer to come the scrape year around using tinks. Also deer minerals and attracts such as Antler King Final Feast will help bring them in also.
