Today the weather finally got warm enough to take my 6 year old grandson out shootin. This was his first time ever shooting a 'real' gun. Never shot anything else. Not even a BB gun. Took him out with my Savage .22. Showed him on paper how to align the sights. Then I pulled an orange out of my pocket and set it on a 2x4 about 10 yds away and showed him what it would do. Showed him how dangerous a gun is.
He had a blast. Chec out his target. Shot at about 25'. Looks like I will be buying him a Cricket tomorrow.
