BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — North Dakota fenced hunting operations are seeking state regulation, and on Friday the state Senate voted to oblige them.
Senators voted 45-1 to approve a bill that would require operators of big game hunting preserves to pay a $300 fee each year.
The law says any new preserves must be at least 160 acres and have adequate cover for animals to hide.
