if i could afford the swaro's i'd own bino's, scopes and spotting scopes. but i can usually spring for nikon and leupolds.
i have nikon and leupold rifle scopes, leupold binos and a burris spotting scope. imo the burris is the weak link. and rarely do i wish i had binos better than the leupold mojaves in 10x42.
i usually hunt western game out of a backpack, so i take a new 12-24 power burris compact spotting scope. at high magnification, it gets fuzzy in low light. it's certainly livable. i'd love to switch to a higher end compact though!
