15 years old...??.. I have SOCKS older than that........

I have only had an issue one time with old ammo..It was a box of Winchester 7 x 57 factory loads a friend gave me years ago... He picked it up at a gun show and I have no idea how it may have been stored..

When I fired them, the catridges would actually HANGFIRE.. The firing pin would drop and there would be a 2-3 second delay and then the powder would go...

I used them up shooting holes in the 55 gallon drum that I used for a burn barrel at the time..
