Introduce moisture with a humid box kind of? i know when i brown barrels i turn on the heat in the bath room. turn the shower on and let the heat and humidity speed up the rusting the laurel mountain forge browning solution.
The one I remember was parts of a barrel that were cut of. Or so I thought, maybe not though. It might not have been on this forum either, I just thought it was. I can't remember as it's been quite a while.
