Wanting to make some jerkey.Not enough to buy a smoker.I've heard of making it in the oven.Do you have to have a rack or can it lay in a tray.I know how to slice it,and i'll get some maranade, let it set over nite.How long in the oven and at what temp and the main thing is, can i do it in the oven using a tray?
