If your bow doesn't have one, get a wrist sling. Your stabilizer bolts through it and you put your hand through it before holding the grip. With that you will be able to open your fingers and let the bow pull itself back into the V between your thumb and index finger. That's what I do and it helped my consistency considerably. I started shooting like that before I got the sling, but I would have to "catch" the bow as the arrow went out and I found I was torquing a lot by catching it just a bit too soon and kicking the fletchings up.
