I've always taken my deer to sams deer processing in finksburg. Its about a 30 min drive up 32 from columbia. They do just about everything you can think of with the meat. Turn around is a little over a week, maybe a little longer on the opening weekend of shotgun. Never had a problem with their service or the meat I get from them.
