I would go with the Diamond Razor edge... after extensive research I bought the PSE Chaos for $399 last year but the draw length for you is too short (27") The diamond was my second choice with hundreds of good reviews and has a draw length up to 29"... plus it's a little cheaper. $329 I think...and comes with a 75% left-off and over 300 fps. It also gives you room to grow if you work up the muscles in your shoulder... 30-60lbs draw weight.
My advice is to go to a bow shop and actually hold the bows you're considering b/c everyone's preference is different! The Diamond just happens to fit all your criteria and has great ratings
