I live down in Timonium and hunt close to home. I shot a doe the first week of archery when it was about a million degrees out. I took it up to Hampstead to a place called C & L Deer processing. He just did a straight cut for me. Kept the back straps whole and cubed the rest. It was $75 and picked it up already frozen. Not sure if they do any real processing but it's good enough in a pinch. Typically I take all my meat to a guy in PA where I'm from near Hershey. I've taken my deer there for 10 years. I even brought my Kansas buck back to him this year. But C & L is close and convenient.
