I didn't figure you would be able to answer it truthfully.
you're OK with the staffers buying bows cheaper than you can....good for you! Every time they sell one, though, that's a customer a dealer would have had. You can't blame other dealers for seeing it that way (mine does).
So you don't think a corporate staffer should be compensated for his time traveling, attending shows, attending local and national shoots, etc... etc... on behalf of a company? You and your dealer think they should do it for free?
If I had the time and wanted to take on the added hassle of being a corporate staffer then I would expect to compensated.
