There is a size limit on pictures. I believe it's 1000 Kb.
When you want to post a pic on a new thread you have to click on 'manage attachments'. If you want to post on a reply you cannot use the block at the end of a thread but rather you have to click the 'post reply' which is after the last response then add the attachment.
