I love the way it performs in my Elite 45 and i have fired many many heavy loads with it. Zero signs of fatigue. I am totally confident the conversion is made better than the OEM version and it appears Knight feels the same way. I had concerns about "bore face" erosion with the large vent liner pocket but not anymore.

It is my opinion that in a 45, the larger pocket creates a situation similar to a bottle neck centerfire cartridge. I believe it burns BH209 more efficiently and i might even be getting a bit more fps from the same amount of powder. I still need a chrono to confirm it.

RemSTS primers are the shortest so until you try them you wont know how well they seal in your Elite. In mine (Elite45) they are "ok" in terms of clean, ignition is 100% though. In my "tightest" DISC the STS is great in all respects.

Make sure it is totally clean of oils and try it out with a few primers. Then inspect your primers and action for signs of blowby. Im betting you will be quite happy with the results.
