I bought the 700 Remington in 270 ..form Walmart.
The rifle shoots sweet...the scope is garbage..I went ahead and purchased a nicer scope..When I recieved the rifle I didn't know it but the scope mount was loose..therefore I could not even hit the target..I took the rifle to a friend at a gunshop..he discovered the scope mount was loose..he tightened her up ..and I'm tickled at how well this baby shoots...
The scope I got was the 4200 Bushnelle Elite..totally awesome..cystal clear even in fog or rain...cost me 250.00
