Ha - same thing happened here - my buddy and I went out yesterday for ML opening (and I won't be in town for the rest of it..

). We setup along a stream with a little opening in a fence just waiting... .didn't see a thing (first time we hunted there of course), but on his way home, but buddy called me and said he had to nudge a big fat doe out of the way with his snowplow because she wouldn't get out of the road!!

During regular season weekend, we went out and didn't see anything all weekend, not even squirrles (windy as all get out) and when I got home, there was a herd of about 8 running around in the backyard (over the fence in the neighbors land) with about 4 turkeys in tow. Someone is laughing at us! At least a bust day hunting is better than the best day at work
