Close you eyes and pick one. Either will do the job on any game in North America.
That being said it wouldn't be my 1st choice for the great bears ,brown and polar with well constructed bullets even they are capable of handling even that job. I would dare say 303 Brit and 30-06 have probably killed more bear in Alsaka and Canada than eveything else put together.
