well we go a lil crazy....we make some just plain burger...and we season some fer certain things. i.g sausage, chili and meatballs...as with the steaks..some get italian dressing...some lemon pepper, terioki on some..jack danials season is a good one too..then we write on the bag what it is...
jerky is good fer tough meat as well..slice it super thin is the best imo
if ya aint sure what ya wanna do, i would wrap in in as many pounds as your family usually uses for say, hamburger meat for dinner..
leave it plain, and ya can season it when ya figured it out.
