Finally received a email back from Remington. First they gave me the wrong phone number. I called Remington and was given the correct number.The lady checked and said mine still wasn't sent but it's coming. They are working on those rebates from 4-6 weeks ago. Mine has been there close to 12 weeks.So if your waiting be patient, It should be arriving soon. Ruger Redhawk
