These are good and useful tools, but still not part of a basic kit for a new loader. I have been loading for over 40 years (not one of our "shake and bake" experts that we hear from so often). I don't think a new loader needs all of these when they are budgeting to buy their first kits.
The budget would better be allocated to buying the best qualiity gear like a press, scale, and calipers.
I know what your saying. I agree. I just like my toys. Only toy that I don't recommend is neck turning unless you got a custom chamber. Went down that road for years, and came up shaking my head.
You know lately in the last 5 years, I have noticed sizing dies have been all over the place. Burrs, and very unconcentristic. I have had to send back 2 in the last few years. I never had to do that 15-20 years ago. So these tools have came in handy
