i have a 60-70# bow
and have it set at 60#'s
and i am an adult in decent shape.
I have shot 55# and would prefer 50-55 over 60#,
even if you can comfortably draw it back,
lower poundage lets you hold it steady for longer at full draw,
no point being able to draw it back if your going to be shaking to hit your mark.
