I did not want to do the 35mm cameras, I was not willing to wait to see what I got. ha ha I live about 1 mile from where Camtrakker is made so I stop in from time to time to chat. They are good people. Tell your cousins friend to contact them and they have the ability to email upgrades to him which may solve his issues. That is as long as the camera is compatable. I just bought another last Friday and the upgrades are better color, faster review of pictures, option of a picture every second that there is motion. It is actually about 1 1/4 seconds per the timer. Thanks for the reply
