I would say more than likely it is you. I have noticed when my form lets down I need to go back to the basics. Try to hold the sight on the target until the arrow hits. It is also possible that you have a couple of arrows that are not straight or the insert is off or something. I would check to see if it is always the same arrows doing it. I know I always have some arrows out of a dozen or so that don' t quite shoot the same as the others.
