Used to live in Thief River Falls, Bow hunted there and in Crookston, rifle in bemidji near Lake Julia and Big/Little Turtle. Loved the area, miss it a lot, except for the vikings. I' m in Wi now. Lots and lots of deer, many nice big bucks, but not near the fishing, waterfowl hunting, and no moose to watch while in my bow stand! I miss that the most. Saw two bulls traveling together @40 yards, each had to be over 50 inches as I had seen numerous other bulls in the 30-40 inch range.
