In conditions like that, I'd get a couple buddies to join me, and do a mini-push, hoping to bump one to them as they bump one to me.
Works pretty well with 3-5 guys, but not real well with more.
Especially if the forest is fairly open, and you can see a little ways (100 yards or so) to make a clean shot.
