It's not complicated at all. You're trying (and failing) to justify breaking the law. Again, I might add (I recall a thread recently where you tried to justify poaching). You don't like the current system of land ownership, then fine. Move somewhere with collective land rights. Oh, that's right, we already have that. It's called public land. You're not special; join the crowd.

And the landowner has the right to prosecute you.

Seriously, it's people with your attitude that gives all hunters a bad reputation. This isn't the first thread where you've been on the wrong side of the ethical fence. I don't say this lightly (you're the first I've ever said it to), but do us all a favor and just quit hunting if this is the image you're going to use to represent the hunting community.
