New Hunting Property!! Any suggestions??
I just recieved pemission to hunt about 360 acres of farm land. The property I have permission to hunt is outlined in black. The property outlined in yellow is all posted. The property north of me is all public access swamp and river bottoms. Im hoping the deer will travel to the thickets along the red line I marked when they get pushed off of the public land. I am assuming the big boys will try and stay in cover as long as possible without crossing any open fields. There is a huge deer trail under my stand between the two cut corn fields with two scrapes about 50 yards apart within 40 yards of my stand. My stand is marked with the X. Any other sugggestions or thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!
