The flat based EZs should do well in the Savage with a book load but the boat tail versions can be a PITA to get any good fps. The older SpitFire 245gr with a light knurling seems to shoot pretty good though. We did well this week also including some Barnes kills.

If you like the TMZ with the boat tail and poly tip then checkout the Barnes .458 300gr SOCOM. They are a little bit cheaper per 50 and shoot well in either the MMP Orange or the Harvester yellow depending on your bore.
These shoot really well for me using heavier loads of BH209 and hammer deer.
