I do. It doesn't cause any kind of obstruction on the barrel and it keeps all foreign particulates out of the muzzle while in the field. You can also use things that look like the finger of a latex glove (or a tiny condom for you people that have never seen a latex glove) and it does the same thing. The Electrical Tape is just cheaper and provides more than just ten or so with each package.
